Return Policy

Because most of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns. We ask that you carefully review our size chart before placing your order. There is a general size chart for our sizing but we do have some items that have their own size chart and that will be in the area with pictures of the item, on the item page. It is important that you take accurate measurements as most of our items are fitted and rarely do we use stretch fabrics, so it is essential you also know your measurements. To  measure your full bust, place the measuring tape across your back and over the fullest part of your bust. Please note that your bra size is not your bust size. When measuring your natural waist, it is generally 1-1.5’' above your navel or it is the part of your waist that goes in the most when looking in the mirror. Your waist size is not your pant size.  Your hip measurement should be taken where your hip bones are. 

Returns are allowed for exchange only within days 14 of receipt. There are no refunds.

Give us a call at 213-842-9674 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm weekdays to answer sizing questions and to request customized sizing, which we can do as long as it is within the sizing offered. There is no exchange allowed on custom sized items. 

If you prefer, you can text us with your sizing questions, or any other questions at 213- 842- 9674 any time of day and we will get back to you during our normal business hours as stated above.

There are no exchanges on previously exchanged clothing items.

Returns must be sent back in the original bag, folded neatly with tags still attached.

Please call or text us at 213-842-9674 for a Return Authorization Number (R.A. number). The RA number must be written on the outside of the bag. All shipping costs are assumed by the customer.

Exchanges must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear, no make-up stains and no cigarette, weed or body odors.

Items received without the RA number, tag, worn, unzipped, unlaced or rolled into a ball (basically not in the same condition as you received it) will be shipped back to the purchaser and charged at the full amount plus return shipping.
