The short "Empire" dress

This is a short version of our long velvet Empire dress dress and features a fitted, empire waist with a contrasting center front skirt. The short puff sleeves are black cotton poplin. The neckline, waist and center front skirt are all detailed in braid trim. the hem is trimmed in 2" black ruffled lace.
