Long Vinyl, satin and tulle "Scoop" dress

This distinctive long vinyl, satin and tulle Scoop neck dress is truly one of our favorite styles. We love this dress because the vinyl bodice scoop neck is low enough to really show off the bosom and because it has a fitted dropped waist it really elongates your waist for a slimming effect. The skirt is made of yards of gathered tulle over satin. The tulle is hemmed in satin ribbon. The dress is completely detailed with braid trim and ribbon bows.
