Short velvet "Heidi Ho" dress

This is the velvet version of one of our classics; the Heidi Ho. The bodice is fitted under the bust where it laces up over contrasting velvet. The plastron is gathered over the bust and is made of cotton poplin as are the short puffy sleeves. The skirt is fully gathered velvet and trimmed in ruffled lace. The neck, bust and waist are all detailed in braid trim.
